  5. Insert the Spacer (Fig.2/1 - #5) into the "U" shaped Gripping Bracket (Fig.2/2 - 4).

    Note: See Fig. 2/1 for the correct installation mode of 1 & 2 and 4 & 5.

  6. Insert the Sliding Locking Bar(Fig.2/2 - #3) through the Gripping Bracket (Fig.2/1 - #4). and the Spacer (Fig.2/1 - #5) all the way until the bent tail end of the locking bar rests against the "U" shaped Gripping Bracket (Fig.2/1 - #1).

Note: Finally grip the Locking Bush (Fig.2/3 - #7) and pull it firmly trying to separate it from the Locking Pin (Fig.2/3 - #6) in order to make sure that those parts are firmly engaged and locked and can not be separated.

  9. Important notes:
    1. NAVALOCK's unique seal number must be entered into all shipping documents to assure undisputable evidence of tampering. No additional seals are required on containers or trucks locked and sealed with NAVALOCK, because the NAVALOCK is the seal.

    2. To assure tamper evidence by the receiver, any optional seals or marks which have been added on to the MKII-B or the container, or truck, must also be entered into all the shipping documents.
